{AD|gifted} Do you enjoy adult fantasy? 🐘 THE MEMORY OF SOULS by @jennlyonsandtigers is the incredible third book in A Chorus of Dragons. It kept me engaged from the very first page and had a fantastic ending that left me desperate for book four. I love all the complex characters in this series, especially the romance between Kihrin, Teraeth and Janel, and the grey morality of so many of the cast. 🐘 I'd highly recommend this fantasy series. It has dragons, magic and wizards but set in a 21st-century framework challenging patriarchy. 🐘 Thank you to @torbooks / @mybookishlife for my complimentary finished copy. 🐘 #bookstagram #books #booklover #bookworm #bookaddict #igreads #bibliophile #bookstagramfeature #bookishfeatures #theruinofkings #thememoryofsouls #jennlyons #toruk

{AD|gifted} Today is my turn on the ICYMI bookstagram tour for WRANGLESTONE by @DarrenRCharlton. ❄️ I read WRANGLESTONE in a single sitting as I loved every page and didn’t want to put it down. It’s an unexpected mix of genres – horror, dystopian, mystery, and romance – that somehow work perfectly together. The tense zombie scenes genuinely frightened me and there’s a creeping sense of dread that builds up in the back of your mind. ❄️ The gay romance between sixteen-year-olds Peter and Cooper was very sweet and I was rooting for them to survive the harsh conditions they live in. I also loved Peter’s relationship with his dad and wanted even more interactions between them. ❄️ As secrets and conspiracies are revealed, humans turn on each other and it’s obvious that fear and prejudice makes monsters just as scary as any zombie. The plot is well paced and kept me gripped from beginning to end. WRANGLESTONE is a fresh twist on the zombie tale and has an original atmosphere I’d definitely recommend. I can’t wait for the next book! ❄️ Thank you to @stripesbooks for my gifted copy and @pridebooktours for organising this tour. ❄️ #bookstagram #books #booklover #bookworm #bookaddict #igreads #bibliophile #bookstagramfeature #bookishfeatures #zombies #lgbt #Darren Charlton #Wranglestone
