Nerdy Post April: Fantasy

I’ve been wanting to try Nerdy Post for a while so, when they announced the April theme was Fantasy, I decided to buy a one-off box. With shipping to the UK, it cost me $26 / £19.

IF YOU DON’T WANT SPOILERS FOR THE APRIL BOX, THEN PLEASE STOP READING!

First up was this amazing print inspired by Strange the Dreamer and designed by Ink and Wonder. I love this book and I love Paris’ designs so this is utterly perfect. I’ll definitely be framing it ASAP.

This double-sided bookmark featured a quote from The Princess Bride on one side and a quote from The Name of the Wind on the other. I love the two different art styles and I now really want to read The Princess Bride. I’ve seen the film but never got around to reading the book.

The spoiler card featured this beautiful Lord of the Rings print by Primehunter Designs. I love the ethereal style of the artwork and will definitely be checking this artist out.

I love this quote sticker despite having never read the book it’s from. I’ve not heard of The Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks but it sounds amazing so I’ve added the first book to my wishlist.

Nikolai from the Grisha trilogy is one of my favourite characters so this mini print is perfect.

The fat bookmark is probably my second-favourite item as both designs are equally gorgeous. On one side is a quote from Harry Potter incorporating a stunning phoenix, and on the other is a striking print of Daenerys from Game of Thrones designed by Laser Brain Patch Co. The sneak peek of this design was actually what encouraged me to order this box as I fell in love with the colours and style.

I love Game of Thrones and I’m obsessed with enamel pins so I adore this Ghost pin from Lapel Yeah.

The last item was a magnet designed by Nattibie and inspired by His Dark Materials. I love this series and the magnet is such high quality.

I thought this box was definitely worth £19 as the enamel pin alone is easily worth £9 and the gorgeous prints and bookmarks would cost more than £10. I’m not getting May’s box themed around Sci-Fi because I don’t know a lot of the fandoms included so I don’t think I’ll appreciate it. I will be buying another box that interests me in the future though.

The pin is gorgeous and larger than I expected it to be.

Thank you so much for saying that! I love taking photos so it means a lot to have them complimented. 😊
