Series Crackdown

Series Crackdown is hosted by The Book Moo and runs from the 9th-18th of February.

What is Series Crackdown?

Series Crackdown is a ten-day readathon dedicated to finishing all those series you’ve started but never returned to.

How Do I Take Part?

You can sign up for Series Crackdown here. Most of the readathon takes place on Twitter but feel free to use your blog or Instagram to keep track of your progress. Each night, a Twitter sprint takes place hosted at @SeriesCrackdown and using the hashtag #SCReadathon. Another way to take part is via the Instagram photo challenge:

My Series Crackdown TBR:

My ambitious plan is to read these five books over the ten-day readathon and thus finally finish five different series. I’ll be tracking my progress on Twitter but will have a summary on here.

  • Hero at the Fall – Alwyn Hamilton
  • Traitor – David Hingley
  • A Darkling Plain – Philip Reeve
  • Origin – Dan Brown
  • The City of Mirrors – Justin Cronin

Is anyone else taking part in Series Crackdown? What’s on your TBR? Good luck to everyone!

This seems like such a cool idea! But I needed a readathon like this to actually START some series! I have a couple completed trilogies on my shelves but I have no motivation to start and commit to them! Good luck with this readathon though <3

I think that’s actually the point of this readathon but I interpreted it differently! ๐Ÿ˜‚
