WWW Wednesday: 07 April 2021

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On A World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three Ws and leave your link on the main blog.

What are you currently reading?

I’m just about to begin reading Zara Hossain Is Here by Sabina Khan as I’m taking part in the bookstagram tour next week. I’m also reading She Speaks: Women’s Speeches That Changed the World, from Pankhurst to Thunberg collected by Yvette Cooper.

What did you recently finish reading?

The last book I read was Victories Greater Than Death by Charlie Jane Anders. Whilst I enjoyed this space adventure, it definitely lacked something which prevented it from being great. I also recently finished Jude the Obscure on Serial Reader. It was bleakly harrowing but so thought-provoking. The Black Friend: On Being a Better White Person by Frederick Joseph was my latest non-fiction read and one I’ll definitely be recommending.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I think I might reread Incendiary by Zoraida Córdova next before I dive into my eARC of the sequel, IllusionaryAfter that, I plan to read my ARC of The Wolf and the Woodsman by Ava Reid.

What are you currently reading? Are there any books you’ve recently finished that you’d recommend? What’s up next on your TBR?
