WWW Wednesday: 20 May 2020

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On A World of Words. All you have to do is answer the three Ws and leave your link on the main blog.

What are you currently reading?

My current main fiction read is A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles and my current non-fiction read is My Family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell. I’m also listening to The Switch by Beth O’Leary on audiobook and the narrators are wonderful.

What did you recently finish reading?

I’ve recently read two fantastic books that will probably make it onto my top ten reads of the year – The Empire of Gold by S.A. Chakraborty and Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. I’ve also finished listening to the Audible production of The Tales of Beedle the Bard which is definitely worth owning.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m trying to keep on top of any new books I buy so I’m planning to read Bone Crier’s Moon by Kathryn Purdie, The Girl and the Stars by Mark Lawrence, and Aurora Burning by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff.

What are you currently reading? Are there any books you’ve recently finished that you’d recommend? What’s up next on your TBR?

I’m going to start the City of Brass next week! I want to read it before the RRR book club live show. And I JUST got Where the Crawdads Sing (it’s much smaller than I expected, lol) and very excited to dive into it soon as wel. 🙂
